Quality Control at Viet Bokuto
Custom metal fabrication often involves many different processes, so clearly documented quality procedures are essential. At Viet Bokuto, our quality system covers everything from drawings and specifications to welding, materials, inspection, storage, and transportation.
Our Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining these procedures and has direct access to the President / CEO whenever there is a concern about product quality. This ensures that any issue can be escalated and resolved quickly.
Before production starts, drawings and specifications are reviewed carefully. Our Technical Director can adjust drawings and specifications based on the required standards, and the Factory Manager works together with the Quality Control Manager to make sure each project is delivered as designed.
We also closely monitor our suppliers. Raw material suppliers are required to provide markings and certificates that confirm the origin, grade, thickness, and manufacturer or trade name of each material.
